My friend and former roommate Tara got engaged over the weekend! She's the second of my three senior year roomates to get engaged during the past year. She also just moved into a new apartment with her, um, well I suppose he's now her fiance. Craziness. I'm really happy for all of my friends who are doing that whole marriage thing, and I'm realizing that I think I'm entering a new stage of life, socially. The post-college stage where everyone starts growing up and pairing off, where you don't feel weird buying bridal magazines, where people have work email addresses and future in-laws. My reaction to this is to put Star Wars stickers on my response to a wedding invitation. What else is there to do?
