For several irresponsible reasons, I began the weekend uncomfortably low on cash, and had to forgo trips to the bar and to my favorite clothing stores. It ended up being a pretty nice weekend overall though, because when drinking and shopping were removed from my list of weekend activities I found time to do things like study for the LSAT, take my dog to the beach (twice), bake cranberry scones, read a few chapters of A People's History, hang out with my roommate's visiting friends, and go to a dinner party at Amanda's friend Leah's house.
In other news, I've been thinking about figuring out how to add some sort of comment feature to my blog, but I am lazy and technically inept. I hereby beg my web-savvy friends to talk down to me and explain how to do it.
Oh my God, this is either really funny or just funny because I've been drowning my mediocre LSAT diagnostic test result sorrows in Goose Island tonight. Jon Stewart is also really funny to me right now.
