Take home test=different kind of stress
So one might think, take home test that you can work on for several days, wow, easy! Well, in theory it could be easier than the traditional 3 hour in class pressure-fest, but it brings its own set of annoyances. One, you and the rest of your classmates have all the time in the world to work on the thing, so the grading standards are going to be higher. You'd better spot every issue, cover all your bases, and make your grammar pretty.
Its kind of like legal writing in a way, except you can't have discussions with your classmates about the issues you're writing about, and the prof won't look at a draft of your work before you turn it in. And this being a law school final, the grade you get on the lovely little document you're producing will be your grade for the entire semester.
I'm hoping that everyone is feeling relaxed enough to miss an issue or two, or that they found the prof as confusing as I did but didn't bother going to other sources during the semester to learn the stuff.
