Roommate sweet roommate

After two weeks of knocking around a large echo-ey apartment by ourselves, Henry and I have our new roommate! Lindsay moved in today. It was quite the smooth move, since she hired some artsy-type moving guys. They liked the dog, and one of them gave us info on an upcoming show (he's in a band).

Although we'll probably drive each other a little crazy as we adapt to eachother, negotiate where to put what, and establish rigorous dishwasher using habits, I'm glad to be living with another person again. Solitude is all well and good, but I'm actually not worried about not having enough of it. I spent a good six hours in the library yesterday, mostly in a carrel, so I think I'm stocking up on alone time. Also, I like her spoons. Its always good to pick a roommate who owns good spoons.
