Retreat

I would like to remain in hiding please. Can I just return to the place where I only check my email every few days, avoid digital media in general, and lay around reading, knitting, and talking? That place would be my parents house in Michigan. I went home for spring break, and now that I'm back in Chicago, I just want to go home again. I almost always feel happy when I get my first glimpse of the skyline while driving back, but this time it just reminded me of school and work and a return to deadlines and pressure. I'm sure I'll be back on top of things by Monday, but today I'm just not in the mood.
