Time, place, and manner

I'd like to place some time, place, and manner restrictions on conversations by groups of undergrads in the student center.
Not at my table
Not loudly
Not while I'm trying to work on homework
Whiny, I know. But I was here first.

They're undergrads, they have nothing else better to do! Not to mention, I don't want to see anyone butt coin slot or muffin top! OK?

I've given up on the student center. Between the 1Ls, undergrads, and people sitting across from me eating with their mouths open (ick!), I can't focus at all.
