Uncomfortable

If you want to see me looking hot and sweaty and trembly . . . come to my trial advocacy courtroom. No, it's isn't that bad, I don't panic when I speak in public, but I will admit that it doesn't come naturally. I definitely need to do more practice and preparation for that class than I do for any other, and the day of the class involves a lot of emailing and talking with classmates as we figure out how we want to handle the problems. In the end though it's a lot of fun. We meet in empty courtrooms in the Daley Center, our instructors are prosecutors and public defenders and judges, and I like my little group. I may try to recruit my fabulous playwright/actress roommate to be my witness in the final trial, as long as she promises not to make me laugh (which she did the last time I got her to be my practice witness).

Comments:
OMG, if Linz is out for witness-hood, I am SO IN! :)
