Lollapalooza was a lot of fun once again. I attended in 2005 but missed it last year because I was still in Austria, and I was surprised by the changes. Attendance was around 60,000 in 2005, and this year it was over 200,000. Yes there were more bands and more stages, but the increased size of the festival made it hard to move around from stage to stage. Friday was the best day by far for me probably because the crowds seemed smaller, the sun was shining, and I had a ton of energy. Still, I heard some amazing music, danced my ass off, and got to hang out with a good friend.

Lolla was fun except for the me-not-going part and the lolla punk on the El that I strongly believe stole my phone.
