Unsettling
I've been having kind of a weird week. I haven't been sleeping well because my mind is racing and won't settle down. I've been going on a lot of long walks, trying to sort some things out, but it hasn't helped much. Running, knitting, and drinking are soothing activities, but I'm not interested in numbing my mind. I can't really say what I'm thinking about; everything I guess. I can say it's been interesting.
