Personal assistant/dog nanny/housekeeper wanted

If I could find someone to help keep me organized and in line I would be a saner woman. Someone to remind me to do the laundry so I wouldn't be sitting here with no clean pants wondering what I'm going to wear to class. Dirty pants I guess. Dirty pants with dog footprints on them. That's okay. Also, if that person knew what my priorities should be at all times, and was around to let me know, that would be great.
Yeah, and if someone would just get rid of all of the clutter on my table I could actually find my books and my bills.
And the dog looks bored, poor dog. I'm home for an hour today in between work and class, and all we've done is walk around the neighborhood once. No toy-chasing. No telling stories over a beer. Maybe a cat would help keep him entertained. Eh, a litterbox would be just one more chore. Perhaps I could train the dog to carry me little reminder notes like "go buy us some freaking groceries" or "do the dishes." Or we could work out a Morse-code like nudging system. That might work.

Comments:
I sure that someone has tried to help you with the organizational stuff only to be ignored, put off with an excuse, or glared at
I believe this will require a lifestyle change.

Okay sweetie, to be honest what I'm looking for is for someone to do it all for me. Obviously, this is a fantasy. Helpful suggestions are great, but I wouldn't be in this situation if I wasn't pressed for time.
