Biking in skirts: not just for exhibitionists

I once dated a guy who had never seen someone bike in a skirt before he met me. Maybe my momma didn't teach me right, but I love biking in skirts, and have been doing it for years. The wind blowing my skirt around feels almost as good and free as wind blowing through my hair would if I didn't always wear a helmet. I don't do it in short short skirts, but then again I don't wear many of those. A nice slightly above the knee skirt will cover your upper thighs and unless there's a strong wind, will even keep people from seeing your undies as you pedal. I must admit that I used a little backup (a pair of running shorts) under my skirt when I biked to work this morning, but that was also because I was feeling a little chilly.
