In over my head

Do you ever work hard to get yourself into a situation, and then wonder why you wanted to get there in the first place? Do you ever feel like you missed the day when they gave out all of the answers? When I'm feeling this way, my first instinct is to crawl back into bed and cry and never come out. My second instinct is to make a cup of coffee and force my brain into action. Perhaps write a few frantic emails, making myself sound like a complete lunatic. Lose credibility. Make people wonder how I got into law school in the first place. Perfect.

Comments:
It's the spice of life. You just have to take it as it comes to you, and learn from your mistakes. And no worries about what people think of you, as long as you stay true to yourself.

**Trying to remember if I got any crazy emails from you lately... thinking... thinking...**

Ah, well, the crazy emails have been regarding law review stuff, so that's why I'm concerned about people wondering why they let me on. A few hours later things are looking up, so that's good.

This happens most days in my current job. I oftentimes wonder how in the world I got into my position. Sigh. -Cleo
