A fantastic start to the evening
Went for a run up and down the boulevard at dusk. I let my 45 pound running partner set the pace. He stayed about six feet ahead of me at the end of a leash, and only stopped to pee on trees a few times. The sun was setting and cast a pink light on the light grey stones of a church on our path. We ran over crunchy orange and yellow leaves, and watched one of the neighbors systematically remove every single leaf from her yard and sidewalk. I pulled Henry away from what was likely an excellent-smelling dead squirrel, and we only had to wait at two lights.
