Three for tonight

• The light of a train coming around the corner of a tunnel reminds me of a sunrise. This may sound kind of sad, but it brings light, hope, warmth, and goes well with coffee, just like the rising sun.
• I was in an elevator packed with lawyers at the Daley Center at 9:30 this morning, and there was a definite smell of stale alcohol breath in the air. Ha.
• With no homework to do on the train this week, I've actually been using my iPod a lot and revisiting old albums that I used to love but have been neglecting. Some things sound so different with the passage of time.
